David J. Pfahler of Allentown, Pa. has filed suit against a (now) 8-year old boy and his parents. The suit is the result of a SKIING ACCIDENT involving 7-year old, 48 pound Scott Swimm and the 60 year-old Pfahler. Pfahler claims a torn shoulder tendon with subsequent medical costs and apparently lost work due to the collision.
Now this is a ski slope--people fall down and even run into each other on ski slopes. But I guess pussy-boy Pfahler thinks he should be immune from the laws of physics, and when he isn't, he should be allowed to harangue and harass a child...a child.
Pfahler is exemplary of our out of control, law-suit addicted society. The sheer loss of honor, decency, and self-reliance is mind-boggling.
For his nasty, raw-greed, sissy ways, Pfahler--an obviously Baby-Boom mommy's boy--wins the Creep of the Month Award.
