Jesse Bagley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSpace. Since co-founding the company in 2000, he has led its growth into a leading provider of workplace, architectural, and furniture solutions across the West Coast.

Jesse oversees company strategy, market expansion, and long-term partnerships, with a focus on building environments that support organizational performance and employee experience. He is also actively involved with Boys Hope Girls Hope, supporting its mission to empower and nurture motivated young people in need.

Brian W. Airth

Co-Founder & Chief Business Development Officer

Since helping launch PeopleSpace in 2000, Brian has focused on building long-term partnerships and expanding the firm’s presence across multiple industries and regions. He is also actively involved with Building Blocks, supporting its mission to strengthen communities and create opportunities through meaningful initiatives.

Trisha Banta-Fox

Chief Financial & Information Officer

Trisha Banta-Fox serves as Chief Financial and Information Officer at PeopleSpace. She oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, and reporting, as well as information systems and technology infrastructure.

Trisha is responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial performance and operational systems support scalable growth and data-driven decision making.

Gynjer Peck

Chief Design & Experience Officer

Gynjer Peck is Chief Design and Experience Officer at PeopleSpace. She leads the company’s design team and oversees Sales Support and Project Management.

Gynjer is responsible for design strategy, project delivery standards, and client experience, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through installation.

Howard York

Howard York serves as Managing Director of PeopleSpace Seattle. He leads the region’s business strategy, client relationships, and overall operational performance.

Howard is responsible for driving business development, strengthening key client partnerships, mentoring and developing talent, and ensuring profitable growth across the Seattle market.

Jake Bloedow

Fractional Chief Information Officer
Bio

He works with our leadership team to align technology with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and profitability.

Jake brings deep IT leadership experience, helping eliminate technology frustrations, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the value of our IT investments. He’s also a recognized voice on IT strategy and cybersecurity readiness, advising executives on growth, compliance, and digital transformation.

Esmeralda Avila

Esmeralda Avila serves as Chief Operations Officer at PeopleSpace. She oversees the company’s operations, including project management, installation, warehousing, logistics, and quality assurance.
