PeopleSpace partnered with the project team to deliver a full interior fit-out for The Chicago School’s Washington, DC campus, creating a modern learning environment designed to support student wellbeing, collaboration, and academic success.
The space was thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of teaching and learning styles, with flexible classrooms, conference areas, and collaborative spaces that encourage interaction and adaptability. Shared amenities including a kitchen and café help foster community throughout the campus, while upgraded restrooms and comprehensive MEP improvements support the building’s performance and long-term functionality.
A striking suspended ornamental stair with copper-toned detailing anchors the interior and adds a distinctive architectural feature, complemented by integrated branding elements that reinforce The Chicago School’s identity throughout the space.
Through strong collaboration and consistent communication among the project team, the result is a dynamic, high-performing campus that enhances both the student and faculty experience.
